ThumbsPlus v10 Questions / Wild card searches do not work in v10.0[4004]

Neither asterisks nor question marks are recognized as wildcards in a search (Ctrl-F).  It is necessary to type the full search term to find thumbnails with keywords.

This is a kind of major glitch that I hope will be corrected soon.

ThumbsPlus v7-v9 Questions / Errors attempting to install any new version of ThumbsPlus

I get the following error when I attempt to install you MSI file to C:\Program Files\ThumbsPlus9 (this folder contains a registered copy of v9 SP1 build 3938):

"An installation package for the product ThumbsPlus cannot be found.  Try again using a valid copy of the installation package 'thumbsplus9sp1setup.msi'."

I can't find this file on my C: drive or on your website, and there's only one reference to it in your support forums which suggests uninstalling/reinstalling.  My problem with this is that there's no entry to ThumbsPlus in the Windows "Uninstall or change a program", nor is there an uninstaller program in the ThumbsPlus directory.

Is it possible using the "Find by Query" tool to locate only images that are black and white or grayscale?  TIA.
