OK I promise to stop posting questions after these tow.
Firstly when Batch processing is there any way of editing one of/some of/all of:-
Keywords
User Fields
Matedata Fields
Secondly in a batch process I'm using the "Specific folder:" optin with "Make equivalent sub-folders" checked and it's not creating the specific folder:-

... but all of the processed files end up in "M:\Share"
