Under various circumstances I get the following message:-
"This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem." There are three buttons: "Switch To ...", "Retry" and "Cancel" the last is greyed out.
Currently I have got this message when:-
Copying multiple fields between T+ and explorer.
Moving multiple fields between T+ and explorer.
Using send by email from the file menu.
It is impossible to close the dialogue box whichever button one chooses. It is also impossible to close/change either T+ and the other programme which in the case of the three messages above are Windows Explorer and Outlook. I have to use Task Manager and kill the processes.
