What's the best way of producing a report of files that don't have a thumbnail?

ThumbsPlus v7-v9 Questions / Displaying Thumbnails in browser.

I'm trying to display the embedded thumbnail in a browser. The thumbnails are being stored as JPEG (Lossy). I'm using the PHP code:-

... however this doesn't worked and I'm stumped as to how to proceed. Does anyone have any ideas?

I'm working on a project that allows me to put up a simple browser view of images that are managed by T+. In order to make sure I am able to display the thumbnail I need to understand how the thumbnail is stored as a BLOB.

In the T+ database the thumbnail type size etc is stored in a table called ThumbsPlusDatabase. There are 4 entries I would welcome help on:-

thumbnail_type
thumbnail_compress
alias
volume_match

Can anyone help?

ThumbsPlus v7-v9 Questions / ODBC for EXternal Access

I want to make use of the T+ data file in order to create a simple interactive web page to search by keyword and display thumbnails and embed the path to the original image in a link.

I have T+ installed and running on our server which also IIS. The T+ data file is on the server too. I can't see any existing T+ ODBC set up on the server, do I have to create a new ODBC connection or is there an exsiting one I can locate and use?

OK I promise to stop posting questions after these tow.

Firstly when Batch processing is there any way of editing one of/some of/all of:-

Keywords
User Fields
Matedata Fields

Secondly in a batch process I'm using the "Specific folder:" optin with "Make equivalent sub-folders" checked and it's not creating the specific folder:-



... but all of the processed files end up in "M:\Share"

ThumbsPlus v7-v9 Questions / Program is Busy

Under various circumstances I get the following message:-

"This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem." There are three buttons: "Switch To ...", "Retry" and "Cancel" the last is greyed out.

Currently I have got this message when:-

Copying multiple fields between T+ and explorer.
Moving multiple fields between T+ and explorer.
Using send by email from the file menu.

It is impossible to close the dialogue box whichever button one chooses. It is also impossible to close/change either T+ and the other programme which in the case of the three messages above are Windows Explorer and Outlook. I have to use Task Manager and kill the processes.

Is there any way of bulk renaming files in T+ say adding a prefix?
