2Gb+ database
« on: 2011-08-12 13:52:28 »
I received an email that said that I could use Windows SQL Server to create a database larger than 2Gb.  Just finished installing Outlook/Business Contact Manager with its native SQL Server.  How do I get ThumbsPlus to use that service?  I don't mind deleting my existing databases, if that helps streamline the process.

Thanks . . .

TP8 has SQL-lite built in.  Just create a new d.b. then select the d.b. type from the pull-down box below the d.b. name; you'll have a choice of TP or SQL d.b. formats.

Is there a size limiit to the SQL-lite database, like there is to the TP database?

Thanks
