Title: ThumbsPlus V10_4004 Galleries Sort-Order

ThumbsPlus V10_4004: Galleries, with the Sort-Order "manual" and more than 10,000 entries, lose sorting to confusion or random.
This fault was fixed in a late "ThumbsPlus V9".
I do not remember in what, but I think in V9_3952.
