Cannot update build 3934 because ???

I cannot update to build 3934 because build 3928 will not uninstall; the update process will not remove the old version, nor will Add-Remove programs.

Error "Could not access network location :."

3 licenses, I did a repair/reinstall of 3928 on the other 2 PC's, was then able to install 3934. Cannot do on the 3rd PC.

Have you tried a full uninstall followed by a full install?

Yes, tried a full uninstall using Add or Remove Programs after restoring the item to the list. Same error message. Also tried a reinstall/fix of 3928.

I used the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility (MSICUU2.exe) to uninstall ThumbsPlus, then successfully installed build 3935.
