I find that Thumbsplus does not remember my 'Open With' settings. Each new start all the settings are gone.

I am using an external database (MySQL/MariaDB) as my database.

In a subject earlier Rainer Kasten already mention the problem of thumbsplus sending a quote before a filename but not after.

I had noticed the same issue but I also noticed something else:

When adding a program to use with 'open with' there is the following option:
- Pass folder name if no files are selected

When selecting this option there is no folder name passed as an argument to the external program in the case where no files are selected.

I used the following example batch file
REM %1
Pause

This works for filenames (with the wrong quoting) but not for folder names.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

In the current version and several previous versions of thumbsplus the following functionality as described in the help is not working for me.

Tab or Shift+Tab
 Rotates focus between all visible panels.

When pressing Tab or Shift+Tab nothing happens. This did work in previous versions. I think it stopped working since version 8 or 9.
I am running version 3928 on windows 7 32bit.

I would love to get that functionality back.
