ThumbsPlus v7-v9 Questions / error with ODBC control manager

When I start TP9 I receive this error:

Microsoft ODBC control manager.
The name of the data source has not been found and no standard programme has been given. ThumsPlusMessage <5015.8036>

Please help me with this problem.
