Is there a way to view subgalleries similar to "include child folders"? Also, how do I make a copy of all the photos in a gallery to a disk?

We have 50,000 photos that our sales group has taken over the last 25 years. They sometimes like to organize them in small subsets for a specific client or presentation. So what they do is copy the files into a new folder and subfolders. This makes it nice for them to print, make hard copies, or send to others but it is filling up the server harddrive.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Was hoping Galleries and sub-galleries would do the trick.

I like to add comments to my JPEGs using the N command. I guess this is discouraged now because the comments window displays a note in the text box to use the MetaData panel. I'm sort of okay with the note although it is annoying. However, the problem is that the note is persistent and it shouldn't be there if there are comments. My choice is to stop it entirely, or give me a good reason to stop using it (and some way to port the old comments to the Metadata panel comment field).

In general, it isn't easy to add comments to a lot of files. There must be a better a way.

Advice is always welcome.

TP8 and TP9 error "[Microsoft][ODBC MIcrosoft Access Driver] Disk or network error.". I get this error over night if I have TP open when I leave work. The database is on our file server. I think it happens during the server backup. The only way to recover is to close TP and sometimes I have to use the Task Manager to force it to close because I can't clear the error. It continues to pop up.

Other than closing the program every night, is there any suggestions for remedy?
