Import thumbnails from TP7?

I want to import my TP7 thumbnails into the TP9 database. I can't find any way to do this and when I try to use Help it throws an error, so I'm already one foot out the door.

You can't import them into an existing TP9 database, but you can convert a TP7 database into TP9.

Database - Advanced - Convert .td4...
