I haven't been able to find it and frankly I doubt if it works at all. Alternatively you could try to play the video in full screen and press the Print Screen button on your keyboard. That will copy the frame to the Windows clipboard. Then switch back to the main ThumbsPlus program and press Ctrl-V; if that works, a new viewer window will open to show that frame, and now you can use File | Save As to save it to any location of your choice in whatever format you prefer.
