ThumbsPlus v7-v9 Questions / 3935 user fields not shown

lightbulb icon: no matter which user field I select, it won't display. I had no such problem with previous build.

Assign User Fields (Ctrl+U) is extremely slow (nearly one minute to show window) and when it appears there is no vertical scroll bar.
