Title: Export Database - where are my options?

I have just upgraded to Thumbs Plus 8 Pro from Thumbs Plus 5

I want to export a database.

I go to database > advanced > export and I get no options, I just get a "Save As" dialog box to save the file.

How do I get my "selected files only" "current tree" etc options?

These options are no longer available in v8. You need to export the DB, then simply edit them in a text editor.

Oh!  Why would anyone remove functionality from a program?!  It's one of the main reasons I use this program.  Does it have it in version 7, would be helpful if they updated the help file to say this and not leave you with old information!

Also my export .txt file is coming out empty, would there be an explanation for this?
