importimg msaccess database into new sqlite database

I've crossed the 2GB threshold on my tpdb8 database, so I've created a new sqlite tpbd8s database.
Can I import the thumbnail and data from my old database into the new database?
All help much appreciated.

(note that in that case, the TP user was still using TP7 and hoped to upgrade to TP10 + SQLite3 database)
