Title: 4K Monitor Issue

I have a 4K monitor on my laptop.  When opening Image, Metadata, Select Items the lines are crowded vertically.  I have attached a screen print.  Is there a setting that will fix this?

It is not a major issue, I can still use the way it is.

It doesn't seem to be affected by the Main font setting or by the theme, so I doubt if you can do anything about it.

Go to the thumbs exe and right click on it. Click Properties  .. follow with these attached images
