How can delete the emergent image under the cursor, when the cursor  point over one tubnail ?

You can turn this option off in the thumbnail options. Note that each view has different options that must be set.

OPTIONS>PREFERENCES>THUMBNAIL VIEW. De-select the option to "enable popup tips" will turn these off.
