Title: T+ does not make thumbnail for pspimage, does show in windows explorer

Hi, ongoing problem with paintshop pro images - the latest version has its own thumbnail handler and they show in windows explorer but not in T+ . In the past other handlers have been successful in combination but not now.  the advice for heic on here includes the statement that T+ will make thumbnails for unsupported types if they show in explorer and you put file loading as none, but this does not seem to work? is there another bit I am missing? I have assumed that file type is raster image and left everything else alone.   I know it says it is possible to make them from the clipboard but I am talking many K  so not practical.  Anyone else found a method please?
