[Fixed 9sp1b2] TP9 Gallery order when more than 5000

Gallery manual order destroyed, when more than 5000 records.

If I would add a Gallery 5000 entries, or add the number of entries exceeds 5000, the manual sorting is subsequently destroyed.
The option off the Gallery ist manuell set to "manual order".

Tested with various databases and Galleries.


OS is Win7/64
ThumbsPlus 9 build 3928

I made several changes on how galleries are handled, and I can no longer reproduce this problem.

I've also made it harder to lose changes in gallery order when navigating away from a changed gallery ("The current gallery order has changed. Do you want to save changes?").
