Title: External Program and Thumbs.tpdb8s database TP9-3928

When using Thumbs.tpdb8s database, a defined external program does not stick after TP9 is restarted.  I have a couple of external programs I like to reference from within TP.  When will this feature work?

I will test this immediately, report it if duplicated, and make sure it is on the list of fixes!
