Batch Re-Name

I used to be an avid user of TP but moved away some time ago - frankly there were programs on the market which suited my needs better and development of TP seemed to have stalled.

I've though always preferred the GUI of TP but it misses (or seems to) one important feature in batch options. Like many, I take a large number of photos and need to batch rename them according to the date and time of the original. So P123456 would become 2015-02-02 14-20-20.jpg for example. I could do this on a one by one basis but it takes up valuable time especially when you've had a good photo shoot day.

I've downloaded the trial but this feature is missing - or is it me missing the obvious.

Any input appreciated

That's correct.

If you happen to have [link=http://www.ghisler.com]Total Commander[/link], I'd recommend using that (i.e. its Ctrl-M multi-rename feature) in conjunction with its optional [link=http://www.ghisler.com/plugins.htm#content]Exif plug-in[/link].
