ThumbsPlus v10 Questions / windows 10 problems

Having trouble on NEW Windows 10 Computer.

1-Can't delete files (in preferences With delete, move, ect marked !) I can delete a file that i made with Thumbsplus 10.

2-can't play videos (Video window opens and buttons work but no program) Note:Audio mp3's play.

I can no longer get 9sp1 to Install on Vista o/s. I'm using a beta version 9 that installs without a problem. (I get a message to rename a file or delete it. I have not been able to locate this file.

all problems came back the next day,I just went back to my older Build 3927. too many bugs in 3934.

This update is not working to good with the Vista OS.
I went back to the older Build.

(Due to a software update the toolbar 'Menu bar' has changed, Would
you you like to reset your customized toolbar and load the new one.)

  This pop up comes up every time i try to view a image file.
  does anyone know how to get rid of it ?
