Title: windows 10 problems

Having trouble on NEW Windows 10 Computer.

1-Can't delete files (in preferences With delete, move, ect marked !) I can delete a file that i made with Thumbsplus 10.

2-can't play videos (Video window opens and buttons work but no program) Note:Audio mp3's play.

Sounds like your user account in Windows doesn't have sufficient access rights to those  files. Is it true that you cannot delete them through Explorer either?

ThumbsPlus requires the presence of codecs for the compression formats used in your movie files. Most people use the [link=https://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm]K-Lite Codec Pack[/link] which contains codecs for most common video formats.
