Now I understand the meaning, thank you.
My icon is displayed correctly.
The icon apperance is set in the registry, there should be the error.

ThumbsPlus v10 Questions / SP2 4013

I'm one of the users who edited SQLlite, as described in Gary's post.

By using an SSD drive, I have achieved a further significant improvement.

Now I've switched to version 4013. Here I have noticed a more fluid flow. Maybe this can be confirmed by a user with HD drive?
I have not noticed any new mistakes so far.
Thanks to Cerious, I had already written off more updates.

I am aware that i lowered the reliability, but with the new setting the work is much faster.
Unfortunately, TP9 overwrites this setting on closing.

It would be nice if this setting is stored permanently.

this bug has been reported to Cerious.

Some programs can read those crippled commandline (Photoshop), my programm, which is using the NET.commandlineargs can not. I have rewritten the routine.
But this is to special.

I do the same as I did always in TP7.
I added external programs and made icons for the toolbar. (TP7 ofcourse in the specific way)

I select image(s) in the list and click the icon.

In Tp7 they are passed in the right orientation, in Tp9 not.

I found, that the commandline for the external programms are not compatibel with WINDOWS.
Right way: Each path has to be surrended by Quotes, Pathseparation by blank.

TP9 way: each path start with a quote, the closing quote is missing.
e.g. "d:\.NET\Deslicer\Deslicer.exe "Y:\Art\Illustrator\ART 159.jpg "Y:\Art\Illustrator\ART 157.jpg "Y:\Art\Illustrator\ART 157.psd

I don't beleave that this is the reason for the orientation problem, but it shows the code procedures have been changed.

Well, I don't know the background, but I know that TP7 does exactly what I want.

Turning the image and pass it to the external programms with the changed Orientation and without touching the original file.
It works for Photoshop as well as for self written programs. (NET).

The scale is and remains TP7.

I use mainly JPEGs. I set the options in the same way.
The problem is, that the orientation is not passed to external programs.
TP7 can do it without modifying the original file.

Path passed to external programs has changed from TP7

So TP7 handles it
"d:\Deslicer_New.exe" "Y:\Art\Illustrator\ART 157.jpg" "Y:\Art\Illustrator\ART 159.jpg"

so it makes TP9
"d:\Deslicer_New.exe" "Y:\Art\Illustrator\ART 157.jpg "Y:\Art\Illustrator\ART 159.jpg

Look to the quotes
Not every program can handle it.
