Because i installed a fresh win 10 and became annoyed of the silly photo app, i remembered the software i used some years before: ThumbsPlus. I downloaded the last version including last build 4007 update.
It worked like i expected. But what im wondering is, that not any video file can be played on the thumbsPlus player. No mp4, mov, avi is starting.
But
The thumbnail is showing a proper picture of the video. I doubleclick..the player opens..but the display stays black,the player is on halt and can not be started.
Because i was not using ThumbsPlus for many years, i don't know if this a issue of my personal computer/win10(x64 with 4GB) installation or of the build 4007 of TP10 or maybe win10 or together. Maybe it can be solved by downloading some codecs or change some settings.
