TP loads Database but no Thumbnails
« on: 2019-01-22 05:16:20 »
I'm doing a new setup, and I installed a fresh copy of TP 10. The databases reside on another drive. I configured this installation exactly like my other. I can load any and all of the existing databases, but there are no thumbnails. I've looked for an answer but nothing seems to apply. If I go to the previous installation (on another system) they load just fine. Any ideas?

What is the location and the type of medium of the files that you were expecting to see thumbnails of?

If you are using the right database, the thumbnails must still be in it. If they don't appear when you browse to the desired location, they should still show elsewhere in a grayed-out drive/path in the tree (but careful: If Options | Preferences | Thumbnails | 'Auto Remove Orphans' is on, they will be removed when you try to view them).

I found the problem. The filter was set to Selected type and not All. I can't imagine why it got set in the first place, but so it goes. Thanks for the reply.
