Hi

It is possible to install on the same Pc with Windows7 the TP10 and TP7.0 SP1

For keep in backup TP7.0 SP1 because this last work fine with stamp and Web page wizard

TP10 isn't here yet, but yes, you can simply install TP7 and TP9 to different folders and use both.
