Thank you for your support for ThumbsPlus.

While ThumbsPlus isn't designed to work in this way, you can generate a found list (of similar images) and use MS Access to export.

Note that in ThumbsPlus v9 you can set up your own keystrokes!  Click the menu and go to customize>keyboard

About the TWAIN setup, I do not have any trouble with the options changes between tasks or when re starting ThumbsPlus. Are you running build 3928?

At this time in ThumbsPlus v9 you can sue ctrl+Tab. Note that you can also customize keystrokes in v9.

I think that I understand. The only advice I can give you is to choose another toolbar button in v9 as the buttons are not all the same.

In v7 the movie interface was different. I like it in v9 better. You are correct that some of the options do not work. However all of the options in the v7 movie interface do work in v9. This issue is "other" options that are unique in the v9 interface do not always work. Some people have great luck with different codecs installed.

We are always working on the support for your movies. It is an area that changes often.

Maybe there are people here on the forums that use codecs. It would be great if they could lend some help.

Hi Micheal,

Well Phillip and I thought probably not. But then Heather (my assistant) interrupted with the news that she has helped others with this same request! Go figure. She is learning fast!

When you plug in the phone with USB, there should be some kind of notification window or pop-up that lets you go to USB options.  In those options, you will need to switch the phone from MTP to PTP (Camera).  Once that's done, open ThumbsPlus, go to TWAIN setup, and the phone should now show up in the drop-down menu.  Then, just go to Image Acquire and browse to whatever folder the images are in. However it probably depends on the phone.

I think that is cool!

Thank you for your support for ThumbsPlus.

I have tried to duplicate this problem on several systems and I can't. Also these tests have been made on Win7 or later. There are 2 picture folders. One is in a PUBLIC folder and another in the My Picture folder. Without fail, both folders hold the exact same images. I don't know what to tell you. Do you have any software that may edit or access your directory structure in any way?

I hope that someone here on the forums may have an idea!

This is a known bug but easy to work around. Just map one network drive and then ThumbsPlus will show your entire network.

This bug is on the list of fixes for the next release of ThumbsPlus.

Hi Pete and other ThumbsPlus users,

The import function is broken in ThumbsPlus v9. This is a major bug that we are treating as such and it will be fixed for the next release of ThumbsPlus.

Getting a little happy on the forums lately?

This has been reproduced here in house. You don't have to go through the steps that you as a better work around is to use the F5 key.
