Title: Where are the old Filters? (OilPaint, Noise, Blur, etc)?

I just installed Thumbs 9 (free version) to try out and could not find the previous Filters, such as Noise, Blur, etc. Before, they were under Edit | Filters, but now there are none.
 
Is there something that has to be done to enable them, or are they located somewhere else? I use those a lot and would not want to pay for Thumbs if they have been removed.

In the menu: Image | Filter.

EDIT | FILTER is where these options were located in Thumbs 7, which I used extensively. At present, EDIT | FILTER only has 3 options: Select Filter, New Filter and Last Filter.

None of these Filters are present. I have done nothing to remove them.

Any ideas?

It's Image | Filter, not Edit | Filter. There's no longer a list of available filters on the menu, instead you use Select filter and pick/tweak/apply it from there.
