Title: Get TP window back to normal
Post by: Birthe Søjberg on 2017-11-16 08:37:48
When moving my mouse I accidentally clicked on something and the TP window changed to something useless.

How can I get it back to normal and how can I lock the toolbars so it won't happen again?

You could try Window | Layout | Default.

Alternatively, exit TP and restore the "thumbs10.vconfig" file from a backup that you may have, or just delete it (TP will create a new one with default values when you next run the program). The location of this file is shown under Help | System Info | Preferences Path.

Thank you very much, this did the trick.
Is it possible to lock the toolbars so it won't happen again?
This was the second time it happened. The first time it took me 2-3 hours to solve it, this time I tried on and off for 2 days before I wrote here.

Not to my knowledge.. I've had similar things happen too, usually because I inadvertently double-clicked on a panel's title bar of dragged it away. Hopefully, the trick you used this time will work the next time too :)
